A veteran of small business success, Cynthia was a member of the initial management team for a California software start-up, Jostens Learning, which grew rapidly to 2,000 employees and $200 million in revenue in 7 years. During that time, she designed, created from the ground up and managed the Customer Service and Training Division nationwide.Cynthia’s passion for Books Arts (three-dimensional books crafted in a creative process to blend concept with text, graphics and structure) is evident in much of her product design. A former board member of the San Diego Book Arts, she has exhibited her artwork throughout the country.
